Our story
Built one Miami summer at a time
We started in 1999 with a single van and a simple promise: show up when we say, explain what's wrong in plain language, and charge the price we quoted. Twenty-six years later that promise still fills our schedule, mostly through referrals from neighbors, property managers and past customers.
Because we live here too, we build for South Florida conditions — salt air, punishing humidity, hurricane season and systems that run almost year-round.
